1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (renderaura.com), engaging our architectural 3D rendering services, or approving a project estimate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and RenderAura Studio (MasterFlair Pvt. Ltd. Enterprise).
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
RenderAura Studio provides high-end 3D architectural visualization services, including:
- Photorealistic 3D Exterior & Interior Renderings
- Cinematic 3D Architectural Walkthrough Animations
- Interactive 360° Virtual Tours & VR Experiences
- RERA-Compliant Real Estate Marketing Visuals
Specific project scopes, deliverables, resolution specifications, and delivery schedules are agreed upon in official written estimates or project scope agreements.
3. Project Estimates, Pricing & Payments
- Fixed Price Guarantee: Project estimates provided after CAD/blueprint review are fixed and transparent. Scope modifications requested by the Client after project kickoff may incur additional fees.
- Payment Schedule: Standard contracts require an upfront deposit before modeling commences, milestone payments during draft reviews, and final payment prior to full-resolution, unwatermarked asset delivery.
4. Revisions & Approval Process
We include structured revision cycles (Camera setup approval, Clay/Geometry review, Lighting & Texture review, Final High-Res output) in all projects. Revisions must align with original design briefs. Major architectural design changes after stage sign-offs will be evaluated as scope addendums.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Portfolio Usage
Upon full payment of project invoices, full commercial usage rights for rendered images, animations, and virtual tour files are transferred to the Client. RenderAura Studio retains the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio unless an explicit NDA prohibiting portfolio usage is executed.
6. Limitation of Liability
RenderAura Studio visualizes architectural concepts based on client-provided blueprints and instructions. Renderings serve as artistic marketing representations and should not be used as structural engineering documents.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
